12 Numbers Roulette

12 Numbers Roulette (also called 12 Numbers Roulette Single Zero) is a May 2019 variant developed by Espresso Games; it is in the “12 Numbers” gaming line, alongside 12 Numbers Common Draw Roulette and Global 12 Numbers (March 2019). The game title is derived from the twelve numbers in its roulette table.

12 Numbers Roulette Game Characteristics

Set on a dark jade background, 12 Numbers Roulette has numbers 1-12 on its roulette table: green-and-white “0”; red-and-white numbers 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, and 12; and gray-and-white numbers 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, and 11.

These are the eight bet types—guessing where the roulette ball stops—in 12 Numbers Roulette: straight up, split, street, corner, column, half dozen (1-6, or 4-9, or 7-12), red/black, and even/odd.

12 Numbers Roulette has four casino chips—along the bottom in mobile gadgets; at bottom left in desktops— which are valued at: $0.10, $0.50, $1.00, $5.00, and $25.00. The bet types’ minimum bet is $0.10. The bet types and table limit are capped at $100.00 (maximum bet).

Unlike in the mobile version; the desktop users have the advantage of betting on the red hot numbers or blue cold numbers showed at the statistics section at bottom left, above the chips.

In the desktop version; the “quick spin”, “spin”, “X clear bets” and “back” icons—mobile version: “X” and spin arrow—appear only after placing bets. In the mobile devices: pressing the “X” icon once undoes the last placed chip, while long-pressing “X” undoes all bets. In desktops, the “back” icon undoes the last bet while the “X” clear bets icon undoes all bets.

The gray-and-golden “spin” arrow at bottom center—along the left in mobile versions—prompts a gray-framed roulette wheel (has 0-12 pockets) to pop-up atop the mobile version’s roulette table. Conjoined to the roulette table, the desktop version’s wooden roulette wheel has cobwebs. The desktop player can either press “repeat bets” or “new game” after a round.

The spot where the rotating off-white roulette ball lands determines the wins. A dealer reads out the drawn value, including its black or red color and oddness or evenness. The winning number is encircled in yellow. In desktops, the outcome is displayed in a screen grab at top right.

The 12 Numbers Roulette payouts: straight up pays 11:1; split pays 5:1; street pays 3:1; corner pays 2:1; column pays 2:1; half dozen pays 1:1; red/black pays 1:1; and even/odd pays 1:1. The 12 Numbers Roulette’s maximum win (100X11) is $1100.00.
