Launched on July 26, 2018, Realistic Roulette is the third roulette game developed by Realistic Games; the developer’s earliest and second variants are European Roulette (March 2011) and American Roulette (April 2011), respectively.
Named after its real-like spinning experience; the French roulette is the basis for Realistic Roulette, thus its single zero alongside its numbers 1 to 36.
Realistic Roulette Game Characteristics
Realistic Roulette has three special features: an activable 3D view, a la partage rule, and the wheel’s realistic spins. Initially, Realistic Roulette loads a modern casino setting in 3D. There is a Yale blue-colored roulette layout, containing a betting grid only.
The slanting, rectangular and mahogany-and-white roulette table has a gray-and-blue roulette wheel, with a chiseled silver turret. Encircling the table, its branded maroon booth seating contrasts with the nearby retro slot machines within the neon-lit gray pillared walls.
Stacked under the “1” chip at bottom left, Realistic Roulette’s six casino chips are: $0,2, $1, $5, $25, $100, and $500. Realistic Roulette has one set of bets—the table bets only. The seven inside bets are: straight up bets on numbers 0-36; split bet; single line bet (street); zero treble bet (0/1/2 bet, or 0/2/3 bet); zero corner (0/1/2/3) bet; corner bet; and double line (six-line) bet.
The three outside bets are: column bet (first, second and third “2to1” sections); dozen bet (1st 12, 2nd 12, and 3rd 12 sections); and even chance bets (even/odd bet, red/black bet, and 1-18/19-36 bet).
Below are Realistic Roulette’s bet limits. Straight up bet: $0.20 minimum and $50.00 maximum bets.
Split bet: $0.20 minimum and $100.00 maximum bets. Single line bet, or zero treble bet: $0.20 minimum and $150.00 maximum bets. Corner bet, or zero corner bet: $0.20 minimum and $200.00 maximum bets. Double line bet: $0.20 minimum and $300.00 maximum bets.
Dozen, or column bets: $1.00 minimum and $500.00 maximum bets. Even chance bets: $1.00 minimum and $1000.00 maximum bets. Minimum table limit: $0.20. Maximum table limit: unspecified.
The “>” icon starts a round, where the Realistic Roulette payouts are as follows: straight up pays X36; split pays X18; single line, or zero treble pays X12; corner, or zero corner pays X9; double line pays X6; column, or dozen pays X3; and even chance pays X2. An unpredicted “0” result refunds a half of player’s total bet, thanks to its la partage rule. The non-progressive jackpot is configurable.
The HTML5 game Realistic roulette’s features: WebGL technology; mobile and desktop versions: switchable 2D or 3D camera angles; undo, cancel, re-bet, and X2 icons; bet details; neither auto play nor hot/cold numbers; supports Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox browsers; and availability in two languages.
The mute/unmute sounds: rattling, chinking, and clattering sound effects; and female dealer’s announcements. No background music. The interactive animated 3D/2D graphics include: panning HD videos of the glittering turret, spinning wheel, filmed layout and rotating roulette ball in high-angle, close-up and low-angle shots.
